16 Months of PE Progress

My gains In 16 months of active PE I’ve put on just shy 1.25 inches in length the way I see it since I started at 7. If you want to argue a say only 1 inch I won’t fight you (Just read above about body fat.) And right at about .6 inches in girth. I don’t have great girth before and after pics with measurements. I’ll show this one again to demonstrate real life differences. Believe it or don’t.

Routine: Manual stretches timed 30-45 minutes total followed by three sets of 5 to 7 minutes At around 80-90% max pressure hydropump
